Currently, they are capable of converting materials in the range 150-650gsm; from parent rolls of 1250mm max width and 2200mm max OD on any core in the range 76-300mm ID.
Coils can be produced in any width between 40-300mm; on Ids 70-300mm to a max OD of 1500mm.
Coils are individually labelled to identify quality, width and substance and then palletised and wrapped to await customer call off.
All pallets are traceable back to the original roll reference and so provide a complete traceability.
